We want to see you progress into a stronger, healthier version of yourself. To show how seriously committed we are to you,  we are offering a free week, no obligation, personal training experience to new members!

What you can expect to receive:

  • One-on-one fitness assessment
  • Small group training
  • 3 sessions a week
  • Personalized sessions with a certified personal trainer. Sessions focus on strength training, interval cardio, & flexibility.
  • Ongoing advice and support both when you’re at the studio and in-between sessions.
  • Nutrition jump start
